Sushant Singh in full action for his upcoming movie Raabta

Sushant Singh Rajput agreed to say yes to Raabta because of action scenes. Sushant, who has only played chocolate boy character so far, revealed this on the trailer launch of Raabta. He admitted this is going to be his first action movie and the primary reason for him to join the venture. When Raabta director Dinesh Vijan told him about action sequences in the movie, the MS Dhoni-famed actor agreed instantly to act in the movie. To do the action scenes with perfection, the actor went for training in Bangkok, and also learnt about a new regional contact sports named "Hickha". Sushant, who was injured on the sets of Raabta while perofrming action stunt, was asked if he felt any discomfort while doing the fighting sequences for the first time in his career. The actor said he felt no issues whatsoever, in fact it was an learning experience for him and he enjoyed it a lot. Director Vijan shared an instance from the shoot where Sushant had to perform a stunt in less water, the scene was bit dangerous and could have hurt the actor. But being a shrewd professional and agreed to do the scene. Vijan added with the preciseness Sushant acts, he puts in similar effort in action sequences too. The movie did its trailer launch this Monday and set to release on June 9. It consists of other actors such as Kriti Sanon and Jim Sarbh in titular roles.
