Shahid Kapoor’s New Poster From ‘Padmavati’ Shows The Royalty Of Raja Ratan Singh

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming directorial ‘Padmavati’ is just around the corner for its release; it stars Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in the lead role. Well, right now the movie is battling a controversy as the Karni Sena threatens that they would not let this movie release if the story is inappropriate, the issue is being politicalized by the politicians. The movie is set to release on 1^st December. Meanwhile, the makers of the movie released a new poster of the movie featuring Shahid Kapoor, who is playing Raja Ratan Singh in the movie. We can see Shahid sitting like a king in the poster, his attitude here is amazing. When the trailer for the movie arrived last month, we all praised Ranveer Singh for his attitude; well, Shahid should also be praised. It’s interesting that where the movie is in a controversy, the makers are promoting the movie, and it’s one of a kind thing. Recently, Sanjay Leela Bhansali addressed the controversy by saying that there is no dream sequence between Rani Padmini and Alauddin Khilji in the film and they have made this movie with a responsibility and kept the honour to Rajputs. The Rajput group of people said that Deepika’s character is a goddess to them and if they dare to show anything wrong with that, they will face the consequences. Well, even the petition was filed against to movie to ban it but the Supreme Court dismissed it. The 'Padmavati' is said to be one the biggest releases of this year with approx. 6000 screens which are huge, now there’s no doubt that this film is going to be a Blockbuster.
