Saif Ali Khan Opens That His Character In ‘Baazaar’ Is A Ruthless Businessman

Saif Ali Khan’s last movies ‘Chef’ and ‘Rangoon’ might not have worked at the Box Office, but his next film is set to impress us. It was recently announced that he will be seen in ‘Baazaar’ next, the movie will be based on the stock market in Mumbai; now, it sounds interesting. Saif has done many movies in the past, but we have not seen him doing something like this before, it would be challenging for him. Talking about his character in the movie, Saif revealed that he will be playing a Gujarati Businessman who is cold calculated and ruthless. Now, we have seen Saif portraying a grey character before, and quite frankly, he should do more grey characters, he looks great in that, it would be interesting to see him playing a ruthless businessman in this film. Saif Ali Khan also said that he is portraying the grey character after a long time and he is enjoying it. He will also speak Gujarati in the film, “I have tried to justice to the character by giving the Gujarati flavor because the character was Gujarati and it was important for me to learn the language for the movie”, he said. Talking about his recent failed movie he said that whether the movie works at the Box Office or not, an actor’s job is to do different things and entertain the audience, he also stated that he would not be able to do movies like ‘Chef’ and ‘Baazaar’ 10 years ago, the creative aspect of filmmaking today has really gone up. The first poster of the movie was released a few months ago, the release date has not been announced as of yet, it will hit the screens sometime around next year. The movie also stars Radhika Apte and Rohan Mehra, who is the son of actor Vinod Mehra.
