After Rajasthan, ‘Padmavati’ Protest Starts In Delhi

The ‘Padmavati’ controversy is in no mood to stop anytime soon; recently we heard that the movie is going to release in the UK on 1st December 2017, which earlier was the official release date of India, after hearing that the Karni Sena made the threat that they will burn the theatre in the UK too, and yesterday, it turns even uglier when a dead body was found in the Nahargarh fort, now that’s not a protest that’s a crime and they should pay for it. Now, there is news coming that the Karni Sena has started the protest in Delhi too. DCP Vijayanta Arya said that he received a call that at least 50-60 people have gathered outside the Azadpur Metro station to burn the effigy of the film director. Now the movie 'Padmavati' has already been banned in four states. And these are the major states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. However, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has made it clear that there is no controversial scene in the movie, there are rumours that there is a dream sequence between Rani Padmini and Alauddin Khilji in the movie, but that’s not the case according to Sanjay Leela Bhansali, he said that he made this film with full responsibility and kept the honour to Rajputs. The movie stars Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmini, Shahid Kapoor as Raja Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji, we don’t know when this movie will release but we do know that the movie has got a lot of attention from the audience and whenever it comes, it will make a huge Box Office Collection. Most probably the movie will hit the screens in 2018, but let’s see what happens.
