Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Chef’ Will Release On October 6, 2017

Saif Ali Khan, who was seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Rangoon’ earlier this year, is set to have two more releases this year 'Chef' and 'Baazaar'. The movie‘Chef’ has been announced to be released on October 6. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took on his Twitter handle to announce the release date of the movie. As the reports suggest, Saif will be seen as a chef in this movie. He was also spotted at the local restaurant in Amritsar for the shooting of the film a few months back. Saif is known for taking up random roles and putting his input in the character, and we have seen that in the 2014 film ‘Happy Ending’, though the film didn’t do well, however, the actor's work was praised. The movie is said to be the remake of 2014 Hollywood movie by the same name, which was the story of a popular chef, who quits his job to start a food truck and becomes famous all over. Earlier, the movie ‘Chef’ was scheduled to release on July 14th, but the makers didn’t want a clash with much awaited ‘Jagga Jasoos’ so they changed the release date. The movie is directed by Raja Krishna Menon, who directed last year’s blockbuster ‘Airlift’. The movie also cast Padmapriya, Dhanish Karthik, Dinesh Prabhakar, and Chandan Roy Sanyal. Saif's action thriller ‘Baazaar’ which is scheduled to release in December will showcase debutant Rohan Mehra, son of actor Vinod Mehra.
