Ranbir Kapoor Says, "Jagga Jasoos Is My First And Last Film As A Producer"

Actor Ranbir Kapoor who will be soon seen with Katrina Kaif in ‘Jagga Jasoos’ is also one of the producers of the movie. There was buzz that the actor is planning to revive RK Studios established by his late grandfather Raj Kapoor. But now the actor reveals that he is done as a producer and ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will be his first and last movie as a producer. In an interview, Ranbir said, “This is my first and last film as a producer. I am happy being an actor. I am lazy and don't think I am cut out to be a filmmaker. I am glad, though, that I have been credited as producer for ‘Jagga Jasoos’.” The actor stated that he faced a lot of problems when the movie got delayed as a producer. “‘Jagga Jasoos’ is an attempt to make a specific film in India for children. So, we wanted to make one that families would enjoy. It's a visual treat with thrilling elements; it's a cute father-son story.” Ranbir Kapoor said. Talking about his previous films, Ranbir says, “I don’t want to impress anyone, all I need is my films to do well at the Box Office. You know! It gives a confidence to the actor that people are watching the film; to have an have that understanding as an actor is very important.” Ranbir is one of the finest actors of Bollywood, who always manages to make the critics praise his performance. Even his Box Office failures like ‘Tamasha’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’ were praised for his performance. He always does something out of the box and his movies ‘Rockstar’, ‘Barfi’, ‘Ye Jawani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Tamasha’ proves that. ‘Jagga Jasoos’ also looks different than a regular film which makes the film interesting.
