Plot- Jai Gangaajal is a sequel of 2003 released Gangajal, in which Ajay Devgan was in lead role.
Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing role of Police officer Abha Mathur in Prakash Jha upcoming film 'Jai Gangaajal'. Prakash Jha is doing debut as actor in this film. Manwa Kaul will also been seen in the film. Trailer of the film was ultimate, Priyanka is looking great in this character.
Film is based on Bihar Lakhi Sarai, in which Priyanka will be seen thrashing the Dabangs of that area. Like other film, Prakash Jha this film is also based on Social issue.
The film is not made on a big scale and also has very less characters. It is a concentrated story. In the second installment, Priyanka Chopra will fill her Blackmail co-star's shoes, as she takes on more corruption in the hinterlands.
