February is a month of Love. Many love stories are getting released this year. One of the movie is Ishq Forever. Come lets review this film :
Story : This story is of Riya (Ruhi Singh), who studies in South Africa. When his father is made Prime Minister then her life becomes very ripples. Whereever Riya goes, her bodyguard is always with her due to this her freedom starts getting angry. During this, one days she met Aryan Shekhawat (Krishna Chaturvedi). Riya fools her security agency and runs away with Aryan. Then Raw security incharge Amitabh (Javed Jafri) and Naina (Lisa Ray) enters in the film and tries hard to solve the puzzle. Will Riya and Aryan love reach the destination? Will Amitabh and Naina be able to find them ? To know this see the film.
Script : The story of the film is written by Shabeer Boxwala, who has tried to make this movie full of suspense. But he is not able to do that. On one hand that question is about the freedom of the girl and love is also shown of people of Raw agency. Getting both things on the screen though screenplay was not successful. Screenplay is very weak. Before Interval the film is some how good, but second half is seen dragging. There is no love and suspense.
Acting and Direction : Coming after long time Lisa Ray has done good acting. Whereas seeing Javed Jafri was Raw agent was quite different experience. Riya Singh and Krishna Chaturvedi has also done fair acting. But there was no actor whose work of can be appreciable. Director Sameer Sippy direction is quite slow, he made the subject great, was not able to present it nice.
Music : Music is the film is given by Nadeem Saifi. Songs of the film are stuffed with romance and will make you remember the era of 90's.
Weakness : The main weakness of the film is screenplay. The story of the film is very slow. The subject of the film was great but could not show it properly.
