The Audience Will See Me In Different Avatar In ‘Raazi’ Says Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt is one of the actress in Bollywood who has impressed the audience with her performance, she shocked everyone with her performance last year in ‘Udta Punjab’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’, she also won the Filmfare Award for best actress for her performance in ‘Udta Punjab’; now, Alia will be seen in another interesting film ‘Raazi’, which is directed by Meghna Gulzar and stars Vicky Kaushal as the male lead. Alia, in a recent interview, said that the audience will see her in a different avatar in ‘Raazi’ as it is a very different film. “It’s a first time I am doing a period film with such an incredible story, so I am excited about it”, she said. She also stated that she had a great time working with Meghna and Vicky. Now, this movie has brilliant artists, we have a filmmaker like Meghna Gulzar, who made one of the best movies of 2015 in ‘Talvaar’ and we have Vicky Kaushal, who is just ready to take his career on the different level, he impressed everyone with his performance in ‘Masaan’ and ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’. It would be interesting to see Alia and Vicky together; they are one of the best actors of their generation in Bollywood working today. It will be something new. The movie is based on Harinder Sikka’s book ‘Calling Sehmat’, where Alia will be playing a Kashmiri spy and Vicky will be playing a Pakistani soldier. After this, Alia will be seen in ‘Gully Boy’ with Ranveer Singh, directed by Zoya Akhtar and Ayan Mukerji’s directorial ‘Brahmastra’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.
