Poaching case verdict : Salman Khan acquitted by Rajasthan high court

Jodhpur based Rajasthan high court has acquitted Salman Khan in black deer and poaching case. High court has denied the appeal of state government. The case is from 1998 and session court has sentenced Salman as taking him guilty. In this case there were 12 accused but 11 were already acquitted. Now Rajasthan government is planning to go against the verdict in Supreme court. This is to saying that Salman Khan has got benefit of doubt and he got acquitted in both of the case. The gun which was used to kill deer is different from the bullets which got in gypsy. The knife which got seized was very small and it can't cut the throat of black deer. That's why it can't be proved that deer's throat would cut or not. Actually the gypsy search report was different. The forest departments search report said different and police report said different. The facts were different from both sides. Salman Khan appealed against the verdict of session court in High court and High court completed its hearing till the end of May month. Then the court took verdict safely till now. If high court also state the same verdict of session court then Salman Khan has to go Jodhpur central jail again. This was the whole case :- There were seven other accused were involved in the case of illegal prey with Salman Khan. In the Bhavad, Sudurpvarti area in Jodhpur the illegal prey were happened in between 26 September to 28 September 1998. Salman Khan that time were shooting for Hum Sath Sath Hai in Jodhpur.
