Jab Harry Met Sejal Box Office Collection - Huge expectations were set on Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Imtiaz Ali’s collaboration. Bollywood who hasn’t seen a good Box Office scorer after ‘Badrinath Ki Dhulania’ in March had High Hopes, from ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ for many reasons. The movie was expected to be path breaker for the Bollywood Box office business for it was a romantic movie, which is the much-loved genre and it had Shahrukh and Anushka that had a past record of hits. However, the movie ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ got disappointing reviews and lot of negative comments for poor screenplay and scattered plot. The movie is made in a budget of whooping Rs. 60.00 Cr (without SRK fees) P & A Rs. 20.00 Cr. total budget of movie Rs. 80 crores. The story here revolves around Harry (Shah Rukh Khan) and Sejal (Anushka) and their search for an engagement ring failed to impress the audience. The movie went on to collect Rs. 15.25 Crores on its opening day. Being a Shahrukh Khan movie it is a decent opening day number, but we doubt if the movie will be able to keep up the trend in the following days. The negative reviews are sure to hamper the growth of the movie but still let us see if the movie picks up over the weekend and manages to cash in on the Raksha Bandhan holiday on Monday.
