Upcoming Movie '102 Not Out' To Feature Amitabh Bachchan And Rishi Kapoor As Father And Son

Remember the famous song from movie ‘Naseeb’ back in 1981, ‘Chal Mere Bhai’. The two actors that featured in the movie and the song together as brothers, Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, are all set to share the screen space again after a long gap of almost 3 decades but this time in a role of Father and Son. The duo also worked together in ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’, ‘Kabhi Kabhi’, ‘Ajooba’ and ‘Coolie’ and now will be seen together in their upcoming ‘102 Not Out’. The movie ‘102 Not Out’ which is based on Saumya Joshi’s Gujarati stage play by the same name. In the movie actor, Amitabh Bachchan will be playing a 102-year-old father to Rishi Kapoor who is 75 years old. The movie will be directed by Umesh Shukla and its shooting will commence soon in Mumbai. Here is the first look from the movie that appears to be an entertaining family drama with the two polished actors. Umesh Shukla before venturing into direction was an actor himself, and has been a part of many Bollywood movies in a side role and was also seen acting in the famous sitcom of television ‘Zabaan Sambhal Ke’. He is also known for his Gujarati stage plays. His previous directorial work includes ‘Oh My God’ with Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar, ‘All is Well’ with Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Supriya Pathak and Asni, and ‘Dhoondhte Reh Jaoge’ featuring Kunal Khemu, Soha Ali Khan, Paresh Rawal and Sonu Sood.
