Shahid and Ranveer will become Ram Lakhan

As soon as the news was spread that Rohit Shetty is going to make the remake of Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff starrer Ram Lakhan, since then lots of speculations are going on about the starcast. Now the news is Rohit Shetty has finalised Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh for this film. Ranveer will play Lakhan character and Shahid kapoor will play Ram character. However, Arjun kapoor and Varun Dhawan was in race for lakhan character, but now Ranveer name is final. On the other hand, tough competition was between SIdharth Malhotra, Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor for Ram character. Last year Anil Kapoor also said that Ranveer is fit of Lakhan character. Now Rohit Shetty is searching for actress. For this he need new face. Mother character can be given to Tabu.
