Rishi kapoor honored at First Brics Film Festival

Rishi Kapoor who has been part of entertainment industry. He was honored by Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathod and Minister of State for External Affairs V.K. Singh at Brics Film Festival. This honour was given to him for his and his family contribution in film industry. Getting this honour, he said, 'I can be wrong in Political language, but I'm an actor not politician. I thank you Brics that they give me chance to come on this platform. Here I would like to introduce myself as member of Filmy family. Myself Rishi, Son of Legendary Actor-filmmaker Raj kapoor and Krishna Kapoor.' Rishi Kapoor who did his debut as child artist in Raj Kapoor's film 'Mera Naam Joker', he did amazing acting in several films like Bobby, Kabhi Kabhie, Amar Akbar Anthony, Karz, Damini, Chandini, Agnipath and recent released film Kapoor and Sons. Rishi Kapoor said, 'He feels special to be part of the family, which contributed 88 years in industry and it's 4th generation is still contribution.' Rishi kapoor said, 'The Indian film industry has been existing for over 100 years in which the Kapoors have contributed 88 years. This is magic of Cinema.' Rishi kapoor was appreciated for his work in film Kapoor and Sons, he played role of an aged man. His humour is the film was way beyond. Film was hit at the box office.
