There have been a lot of speculations regarding the release of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘2.0’, ever since the news came that Akshay will also release ‘Padman’ on the same day. Now, also explained that if ‘2.0’ will release on 25th January, he will postpone the release date of ‘Padman’ as it would have been the clash between two movies starring Akshay Kumar and it sounds weird. Well, now the makers of ‘2.0’ have made some statements regarding the release date of the movie. A source close to the movie stated that the VFX work is taking longer than expected and they can’t do anything before it’s set and done. “Well, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Padman’ is already locked for the Republic Day release and the makers also want a grand release for this movie and they have decided to postponed the release date to April”, it said. Earlier, the movie was set to release in Diwali this year but things didn’t work out and it got postponed until January and now again postponed to April, it looks that ‘2.0’ is taking time for its post-production work, as the source said, the VFX work is taking time, we can expect all kind of craziness in this movie, from action to thriller, everything. The movie is made on the budget of 450 crores, which is huge, this is the most expensive film of Indian history and ninth most expensive non Hollywood film, and it is set to have the biggest release of India, earlier it was said that the movie will release on 7000 screens, but nothing is clear as of now, but it is for sure that this will be the biggest release in India.
