I want to be good singer : A.R Rahman

Oscar winner A.R Rahman is known for his talent in music and also for his Humility and Rahman represented India on International platfform, he feels that before releasing an album which is sung by him, he need to be a good singer. On question that does he want to get his album, Rahman said in press conference, 'I want ot do it, but I want to be better singer.' Rahman who has sing many songs of Bollywood and Hollywood, he was also asked about the secret of his creativity. He said, 'Greatness comes from recognising the divine, that becoming a part of the source of your inspiration. Apart from this, there is truth and that is the truth which we channelise into our consciousness. On 70th Independence day, Rahman (49), he performed at the hall of UN General Assembly and he is the Second Indian Artist after legendary Carnatic music vocalist M S Subbulakshmi to perform there. The program was organised by the Indian mission in association with Chennai-based civil society group Sankara Nethralaya. After Rahman's program, America Tamil Sangam situated in New York, honoured Rahman with Tamil Ratna Award. Addressing the press conference, India’s Permanent Representative to the UN Syed Akbaruddin said that Subbulakshmi sang ‘Maaithreem Bhajathe’ in 1966 at the UNthere was no issue about UN Sustainable Development Goals.
