Sridevi Shares That Jhanvi Kapoor Wanted To Do ‘Student Of The Year 2’

Every other day we are getting news about Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan, the new star kids on the block who will soon be making their debut. We recently heard that Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan will make her debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Kapoor’s movie ‘Kedarnath’. Earlier, it was speculated that Karan Johar will launch both Sara Ali Khan and Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor in his film. But Sara is now locked for Abhishek Kapoor’s next. And it is now announced that Karan will launch Jhanvi in ‘Sairat’s Hindi remake. Apart from Sara and Jhanvi, there are more star kids that are all set to make a big debut in the industry, which includes Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khattar, who is set to make his debut with critically acclaimed Iranian director Majid Majidi, and Chunky Pandey’s daughter, Ananya Pandey who might debut in Salman Khan Film production alongside Aayush Sharma. Karan Johar successfully launched stars kids like Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan with ‘Student Of The Year’ in 2012 and they are doing great in the Industry right now. Probably looking at that Jhanvi was keen on making her debut with ‘Student Of the Year 2’, which is not yet announced. This news was shared by none other than  Jhanvi's  actress mother Sridevi who said, "She told me that she wants to make her debut with 'Student Of The Year 2', and I was not happy with that. I never wanted her to be an actress. As a parent, it would give me a bigger joy to see her married. But it's her choice and I can't impose my beliefs on her. I will be really happy if she does well as an actress.".
