Shoojit Sircar Wraps Up The Shooting Of ‘October’

A few months ago, it was announced that filmmaker Shoojit Sircar will be collaborating with Varun Dhawan in his next movie. It is titled ‘October’ and sets in Delhi; now, we have seen Shoojit directing a movie based on Delhi in ‘Vicky Donor’ and ‘Piku’, it would be interesting to see Varun in his movie. Shoojit is one of the finest filmmakers we have today, he has a unique way of storytelling which clicks with the audience. Now, the shooting of the movie is over, the finished the last day shoot in Manali and Shoojit said that they will celebrate a small party. “There will be a party, it’s really cold in Manali and we have an early morning flight to catch. We are happy that we have finally finished the shoot before time”, he said. The movie stars Binita Sandhu as the female lead, he directed her in commercial, which really did well and they found that character in her that they were looking. Talking about the movie Shoojit said that the movie will explore the different side of Delhi. “I know a lot of characters in Delhi, I lived there and I am familiar with the city and people. I will explore the romantic side of the city”, he said. Well, a few weeks ago, the first look poster of the movie dropped, where we saw Varun Dhawan running with a very intense expression. There’s no doubt that the movie will be a worth watch as it is directed by Shoojit Sircar. Varun Dhawan is slowly becoming one of the biggest stars of this era, in six years, he has not given a single flop. His last film ‘Judwaa 2’ became one of the biggest hits of the year and now with ‘October’, he is again set to impress everyone.
