Roshmitha Harimurthy to represent India in Miss Universe Pageant
In Miss Universe competition, Rashmita Harimurti will be representing India. She was awarded with Yahama Facino Miss Diva 2016 award. 22 years old model Roshmitha Harimurthy was announced as winner. Shrinidhi Shetty was first runner up and Aradhana Buragohain was second runner up.
Roshmitha who left behind other 15 girls, lives in Bengaluru and has done masters in International business. She said that soon she will get busy is Miss Universe competition. This will be done in year 2017.
Roshmitha said, 'This was a difficult journey. This will be life's never forgetting experience. Accountability and competition helped me to win the title.'' Check out her instagrams photos.

In the last stage of the competition, Actress Parineeti Chopra and other actors showed their talent. Comedian Vir Das cracked some jokes and made everyone feel happy.
Lara Dutta was the last women to get Miss Universe title in year 2000. 16 Competitors were selected from different cities. The selections were done in Lucknow, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi.
Sushmita Sen was the first India to win the title of Miss Universe in 1994. Then in 2000, it was Lara Dutta. Lara Dutta was last seen in film Azhar. She played role of a lawyer. Her acting was even appreciated in the film ' Singh In Bling'. Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson are seen in lead role. Anees Bazmee directed the film 'Annes Bazmee'.
