Nobel Prize winner Bob Dylan will not be able to attend the Award Ceremony

American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan who won Nobel Peace Prize this year will not be able to give his appearance at Award Ceremony, reasons that he has told is previously fixed commitments. According to the reports, Swedish Academy said in a statement, 'In the personal letter he has told about that he will not be able to attend the award function because of Previously fixed commitments. He said that he is not suitable to do the journey of Stockhome in December and so he would be able to come in this event. He again said that he is feeling highly respected.'
