Director Ashwini Iyer Tiwari has made many ad films in her career and she has first time directed a film called Nil Battey Sannata under the banner of Colour Yellow production of Aanand L Rai. Let's see how she has done her work in the film.
Story
The story of the film set in Agra of Uttar Pradesh where a maid Chanda Sahay (Swara Bahskar) lives with her daughter Apeksha Sahay (Riya Shukla). When Apeksha reached to 10th class then Chanda begins concern for her daughter because she is very weak in Maths. Then Chanda works in Ratna Pathak Shah's home so she took advice from her and takes admission in the same school where her daughter studies. Then the competition starts between mother and daughter for good marks and the result comes in the end is very interesting and emotional.
Acting & Direction
Swara Bhaskar and Riya Shukla did a very fantastic role in the film and they have their own ability to connect with the people through their characters. There are some scenes which makes you emotional but they both have done these scenes very good and shows their emotions in the scenes. Ratna Pathak Shah's character as Chanda's owner is very good. Pankaj Tripathi played a very good role as the principal of school. If we talk about the direction of the film then the direction is too awesome in the film because if look at the script the film will have to end in 1 hour but the director has made the screenplay very good. Ashwini has captured all the emotional scenes very beautifully in the film.
Music
There is only a song called Maths mein Dabba Gul is very good and its have some catchy lines. On the other hand background music is good when it comes to emotional scenes.
Verdict
If you are the person who loves the emotional and meaningful movies then this one is for you and your family. A complete family entertainer movie.
