Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi& Ranveer Singh's 83 to Release in 2021

Akshay Kumar's upcoming movie 'Sooryavanshi' and Ranveer Singh's next '83' are being highly anticipated by fans awaiting their release. Initially scheduled to hit the big screens in 2020 this year, the release of both the movies was postponed amid the coronavirus pandemic. Currently, it looks like Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh fans are needed to wait for the movies for some more time as reports suggest that both the films will hit the theatre screens next year, in 2021. It has been reported that makers of Sooryavanshi and 83 have been eyeing a release date in the first quarter of 2021. Word is that both the movies will appear on the big screens next year, anytime before 31 March, 2021. While the schedule is not yet final, all eyes of awaiting and anticipating fans are fixed on the tentative first quarter schedule of 2021 in order to witness their favourite stars on theatre screens after a long wait.

Sooryavanshi is an action film and features Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in lead roles alongside Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Jackie Shroff. The fourth instalment of Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe, Sooryavanshi is directed by Rohit Shetty and bankrolled by Rohit Shetty in collaboration with Aruna Bhatia, Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta. On the other hand, 83 is a sports drama film portraying Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev. The movie also features Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Amrita Puri. 83 is directed by Kabir Khan and produced jointly by Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sajid Nadiadwala and Vishnu Vardhan Induri. Both Sooryavanshi and 83 were slated to hit the cinema screens in 2020 however, the same was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The movies are now speculated to release in the first quarter of 2021.
