Neetu angry on Alia Bhatt, says stop seeing stereotype image of Bihar

Neetu Chandra has written an open letter to Alia Bhatt and Udta Punjab's Director Abhishek Chaubey. Neetu is upset that Director Abhisek has shown bad image of Bihar by Alia's character. Alia Bhatt on previous open letter said that, 'Every action has equal opinion. While, social media is always over rated. But she has not given any opinion on Neetu Chandra's open letter. Neetu wrote in her letter, 'It’s disturbing to see the way Biharis have been portrayed in Hindi cinema over the last few years, the recent example being Alia Bhatt’s character from ‘Udta Punjab’ and from whatever one understands from the promo of the film, director Abhishek Chaubey is guilty of strengthening the stereotype of Biharis by creating Bhatt’s character the way it is, in ‘Udta Punjab.' She said that filmmaker Prakash Jha's film are mostly based on Bihar. He is also from Bihar. He has always stereotyped Biharis showing them corrupt politicians, cops and gangsters and in his movies. Neetu said, ' Bihar is always shown in exaggerated way and to be the most dangerous place. films only show kidnapping and robbery and murders not realising that he himself along with leading Bollywood actors are maligning the name of Bihar whose history has been the most richest in the world. Personalities like Rajendra Prasad, Ustad Bismillah Khan, and several other people belong from Bihar. Well what is the reason that none of the makers from Bihar and outside Bihar have ever made stories and films on these stories? Because they think that they ill make fun of Bihar in Films and TV show and no one will say anything against them.' Neetu has requested people that stop seeing stereotype image of Bihar, because you have only seen in with you ears not with eyes.
