After a four years gap, Karan Johar again has come back with his new directorial venture
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with the new star cast Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma in leading roles. The film already is part of discussions for its controversies and its director's comeback after a four years gap.
Story
The story of the film starts from London where Ayan (
Ranbir Kapoor) is studying MBA, however, he is interested in singing but because of Parents insisting he is studying there. In the midst of this, he meets with Alizah (
Anushka Sharma) and slowly they became good friends. On the side, Ayan started to fall in love with Alizah and on the other hand, Alizah is all set to get back to Ali (
Fawad Khan) and both now ready to get married. Then the story reached to Lucknow from London where Alizah and Ali are going to marry. Now what will happen to Ayan and will Ayan's love gets incomplete and what will Aishwarya's character do with Ayan. These all thing will get to know in the theaters near by you.
Performances
Ranbir Kapoor will make you fall in love with him and he will make you emotional with his emotions and his acting skills. His looks and dialogue delivery are perfect. No doubt it is one of the best performances of Ranbir Kapoor. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma has played the character of Alizah very beautifully and the audience will forget that she is the same actress who did Sultan. Both's acting are the highlight of the film. Then

Karan Johar's direction style. The twist and turns of the story will make you sit in the theaters. The team has beautifully focused on location, sets, music and all things. However, fans will get to see some glimpse of Karan Johar's old movies and even some one-liners.
Music
Music is the plus point of the film and it will not be wrong if we say that the music album of the film is one of the best music albums of the year. Pritam has done the tremendous job in music and all the songs Channa Mereya, Bulleya, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Cutiepie, The Breakup song are already hit at the chartbusters.
Verdict
The film is totally a typical Karan Johar film and people who are the fan of Ranbir, Anushka and Aishwarya and even who have liked Karan Johar previous movies and then it is going to be a treat for them on this festive weekend.
