Kapil Sharma again in trouble, a FIR lodged against his show

The troubles for Kapil Sharma is not ending soon now a FIR has been lodged against his show for violating laws related to  tobacco products. The FIR has filed for showing Cigar in hand of Kiku Sharda in The Kapil Sharma Show on last Sunday. In this complaint, it has said that they should have shown a statutory warning related to tobacco. According to the laws, it was necessary to show awareness video before or in the mid of the show. According to the complaint of information & broadcast ministry and health ministry, it is being said that this is a violation of five rule of  KOTPA act. NGO Hriday has said in this complaint that in the episode telecasted on 25th September night Kiku Sharda was having a cigar in his hand and besides that it was a law they have not shown any warning. Kiku was acting that he was having a cigar but he was not smoking actually. On asking about it complainer and Hriday's person said in the Kotpa actor it has ruled that they have to show any warning before showing these things. Heath minister officials also agree with it. However, they said that if the show makers say sorry to them and also promise that they will not do this thing again then we can show some modesty.
