Kangana Ranaut Gets Serious Injury On Face At The Sets Of 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi'

Actress Kangana Ranaut suffered a serious injury on the sets of her upcoming period movie ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ yesterday. The actress was shooting for the movie in Hyderabad's Ramoji Filmcity and suffered a deep cut by a sharp sword between her eyebrows while filming a fight sequence with her co-star of the movie NIhar Panday. The actress Kangana Ranaut was immediately rushed to Apollo Hospital, the people present at the shoot shared that the actress was bleeding profusely from the wound and was suffering from sharp pain. The actress has got around 15 stitches on the wound and has been advised to take bed rest for next four days. Talking About her injury the actress said, that with this wound, and blood all over her face the actress got to taste the genuine hurt the Queen must have gone through during her real fights. She also shared that some her team mates felt that it appears as a Peshwa Teeka, that Manikarnika Wore. ‘Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi’ is directed by Krish and Kangana will be seen in the movie playing the titular role of Rani Laxmibai popularly called Jhansi Ki Rani.
