It's embarrassing when people call India as 'Land of Rapes' : Amitabh Bachchan

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says that whenever he goes to foreign and there when people say India as a land of Rapes, then he feels very ashamed. Amitabh in his film 'Pink' has played a role of a lawyer. He said that Indian's should do work together as India to be known as a first world country. Amitabh said during film's press conference, 'When you go to abroad and people say, 'You are from India, Land of Rapes.?' Then I feel very ashamed, I want that situation to change. I don't like when people say, You are from a third world country or you are from a developing country'. He said, 'We all must work towards that and make India a first world country and not a developing. He said that every area in the country should be safe for women's. Amitabh said, 'We should not say that Mumbai is safer than Delhi or Vise versa. We are one country and in every part Women should be safe. If any incidence happens in Delhi and whole country feels bad and they are worried. This issue is of whole country.' Film 'Pink' is directed by Shoojit Sircar, whereas it is directed by Anirudh Rai Chaudhary. Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang, Angad Bedi and Piyush Mishra are in the film. In an important scene of the film, when Amitabh ask a question from Taapsee, 'Are you a Virgin or not? Amitabh believes that the issue which is taken in this film that is been discussed from long.
