Actor Diljit Dosanjh has shut down rumors that he would feature in the forthcoming Salman Khan-Karan Johar production which stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role. I am not in the film but there is excitement for Anurag. He is an amazing person and I am very happy for him," Diljit and Anurag have collaborated on four Punjabi successful films - "Jatt and Juliet", "Jatt and Juliet 2", "Disco Singh" and "Punjab 1984". Diljit's name has also been cropped up for a film titled "Kaneda" to be produced by Anushka Sharma which would be their second outing after the upcoming movie "Phillauri". Though director Navdeep Singh had confirmed that the film will feature Diljit and Arjun Kapoor, "Udta Punjab" star neither denied nor confirmed being part of the movie. "Till the time things don't go on floors, I don't think about it at all. I am only thinking about my next Hindi release 'Phillauri' right now and a Punjabi film that I am doing," he said. "Phillauri" is scheduled to release on March 24. Diljit Dosanjh is an Indian film actor, singer and television presenter, who works in Punjabi and Hindi cinema.
