Digpal Lanjekar Reveals First Look Poster Of Movie 'Jungjauhar'

Talented Marathi filmmaker Digpal Lanjekar is back with a new surprise for all the Marathi film lovers. While fans have already been anticipating and thrilled regarding the upcoming film 'Jungjauhar', fans received yet another interesting surprise today. Makers have released the first look poster of the upcoming historical flick 'Jungjauhar'. The poster has received tremendous appreciation and widespread popularity from fans all across the world. Ever since the reveal, the word of the poster has been doing rounds on the internet. The movie that is based on the great warrior 'Baji Prabhu Deshpande' of the Maratha empire has now a new poster regarding it. The poster showcases the great Maratha warrior 'Baji Prabhu Deshpande' in the battlefield along with his 600 troops. The Maratha warrior and his troops can be seen battling the Bijapuri soldiers amid a beautiful yet terrifying sight. The battle field seems lit up by the stormy weather, heavy rain and fierce lightning.

Jungjauhar is set to be a historical movie tracing back life during the reign of the Marathas. The movie is loosely based on the journey of Baji Prabhu Deshpande who was the commander of the Maratha King, Chhatrapati Shivaji. Baji Prabhu Deshpande is known as a renowned warrior who sacrificed his life fighting loyally for his king, Shivaji who escaped the Panhala fort with his help. Jungjauhar is directed by Digpal Lanjekar and produced by in collaboration by AA Films and Almonds Creations. Actors Mrinal Kulkarni, Chinmay Mandlekar, Ajay Purkar, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Ankit Mohan have been roped in to play key roles in the upcoming movie. According to reports, it was earlier revealed that the shooting of the movie was completed in only 28 days, adding to the fuel and excitement among fans. Jungjauhar comes after the success of Digpal Lanjekar's last movie 'Fatteshikast' which was based on India's first surgical strike.
