Bombay High Court says cut four scenes of Jolly LLB 2 for mockery of judicial system
First the film Jolly LLB 2 got passed from the censor board without any cut with U/A certificate. Then one petition made this film again to review because it has made on the subject of the judicial system. When this case went to the high court then the court suggested a screening of the film. Now after the review screening, the high court has said that four scenes will get removed from the film.
The Bombay high court gave the verdict that Akshay Kumar starring movie Jolly LLB 2 can be released after removing four controversial scenes of the film. Justice S.S. Shinde and K.K. Sonawane bench ordered this verdict after seeing the reports of justice Prakash Kande alongside two other people after watching the film.
Censor board passed Jolly LLB 2 with no cuts
Let me tell you that Bombay high court's Aurangabad's bench has given the verdict in the case to review the film in a special screening after the petition of Nader's lawyer Ajay Kumar Waghmare. Waghmare has said in his petition that the trailer of the film and other aspects which are coming on social media has tried to the mockery of the current judicial system. Now it is clear that after this verdict the censor board has to give a new certificate to the film.
Supreme court sends back Jolly LLB 2 to high court
This is to notice that the film is going to release on 10th February 2017 and it stars Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi, and Annu Kapoor in leading roles. The film is a sequel of 2013 released flick Jolly LLB.
