Supreme Court sends back Jolly LLB 2 producers to the high court

Supreme court has denied holding that decision of the Bombay high court in which the high court appointed a panel to watch the flick Jolly LLB 2 before its release in the theaters. Now the hearing of the case will happen on the court. On Friday Justice Ranjan Gogoi and justice, Ashok Bhushan's bench ordered the high court to hear the case. The bench has fixed 6th February's date for the hearing and after that producers will come in front of the bench. From the producers, senior counsel Kapil Sibal gave a plea to the bench. He told to the bench that when censor board has certified the film then why it is needed for film's screening. With this, he also told that it not lawful to appoint a panel. On this, the bench said we would not say anything on it, we take it to pending. You go to high court again, Bombay high court appointed two amicus curiae to watch Jolly LLB 2 Kapil Sibal also appealed to the bench to watch the film once. On this justice, Gogoi said we will not watch the film and We're telling you why we do not see. We have no patience for three hours. Do you not think that three hours are too much? Supreme court to hear the plea of Jolly LLB 2 producers Let me tell you that Bombay high court's Aurangabad's bench after the petition of lawyer Ajay Kumar Waghmare ordered to appoint a panel to review the film before its release. In which one doctor and two lawyers will watch the film. This is to notice that in the petition the lawyer has said that the film is making fun of lawyers and judiciary system.
