'Bell Bottom' First Bollywood Movie To Shoot Internationally Amid COVID-19

Akshay Kumar's upcoming flick 'Bell Bottom' is scheduled to release on 2 April, 2021 in theatres. Akshay Kumar was the first actor to be cast in the lead role. Vaani Kapoor has been cast opposite Akshay Kumar. However, recent reports and information shared by the makers and cast of the movie suggest that the filming of the movie is all set to commence in August, 2020. Moreover, the shooting of the upcoming thriller movie will begin at an international destination - United Kingdom. Besides, it has also been revealed that Bell Bottom happens to be the first Bollywood movie to commence their shoot in an international country amid the coronavirus pandemic outbreak. In view of the COVID-19 deadly crisis, theatres and cinema halls had been shut down and a lockdown had been imposed all across the country.

While relaxations are being imposed steadily, international travel is still not being entertained. Besides Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi have also been roped in for the movie. Bell Bottom is an upcoming thriller flick which is set in the 1980s. The story revolves around the forgotten warriors of the country. Bell Bottom is helmed by Ranjit M Tewari and produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani. The cast and crew of the movie brought forward the interesting news after which fans have been anticipating and awaiting the release of the film.

A poster was also released featuring the actors Akshay, Vaani, Huma, Lara, the director, Ranjit and producer Jackky Bhagnani, all wearing matching, black clothes, posing beside an antique car. The movie is supposedly a spy thriller and the poster and the cast of the movie has fans awaiting to witness it on screens.
