Anurag Kashyap's 'Gulab Jamun' Might Feature Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan

The rumor mills are buzzing with the news that Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her husband Abhishek Bachchan were approached by Anurag Kashyap for his upcoming project ‘Gulab Jamun’. Though the reports say that the couple has turned down the offer. But when the reporters asked Aishwarya about the same she neither denied nor confirmed about the same. So it is still uncertain whether we will be able to see the couple together again sharing the screen space or not. Aishwarya and Jr. Bachchan has done several movies together, in the past which includes ‘Guru’, ‘Dhoom 2’ and ‘Raavan’. When the actress was probed about their coming together in Anurag Kashyap's ‘Gulab Jamun’, she just replied by saying that they have been approached for the movie. The actress, who made her comeback after a short sabbatical in 2015 with ‘Jazbaa’, was seen in two movies last year that included ‘Sarabjit’ for which she was nominated for Filmfare Best Actress and Karan Johar’s film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Recently another rumor that was doing rounds was that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will soon be seen hosting the next season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ when the reporters asked her about the same she had nothing to say but simply laugh at it. Recently Anurag Kashyap was in search for a strong couple for his upcoming project and hence approached the Bachchan couple for the same. There is nothing more about the movie that has been revealed. The project is likely to start as soon as the cast will be finalized.
