Anil Sharma’s ‘Genius’ First Look Poster Released

Recently, we came to know that ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ director Anil Sharma is set to launch his son Utkarsh Sharma in his new film ‘Genius’. And today the poster of ‘Genius’ was released. Utkarsh has already made an appearance on the big screen as a child artist in ‘Gadar’, where he was seen as Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel’s son. And now after 15 years, the child is grown up to be a handsome hunk and is ready to make his debut in a lead role in 'Genius' Anil Sharma, in an interview, said, “I think to be an established star, you have to have at least 10 to 15 hits behind you. It’s not easy, it’s a journey. I think Utkarsh has a calibre to pull the films on his shoulder. He has always been a very sharp student, who is very focused on his work.” He also stated that he has written ‘Genius’ only for Utkarsh.   “When he was in the US and studying film-making I worked on the script. Utkarsh thought it’s too early for him but then I said, ‘We have to do it right now’.” Anil said Anil Sharma, who is known for his movies like 'Gadar - Ek Prem Katha' ' Veer' 'Apne' and many more says that 'Genius' is going to be different from his previous work. It’s a story of a guy with high IQ, and Utkarsh will be seen in it as an IIT topper. Anil is in search of a fresh female face for the movie.
