Mrigdeep Singh Lamba Plans To Reflect COVID-19 Situation In Fukrey 3

Amid the current coronavirus pandemic revolving around the world, lives of most people have been disrupted and have come to a standstill. Keeping in view the seriousness of the situation, filmmaker Mrigdeep Singh Lamba has been thinking about dedicating the third instalment of his hit movie Fukrey to COVID-19 pandemic. The first two instalments also raised a social awareness message besides fun and comedy. The director has come upon the idea of making the third Fukrey movie, Fukrey 3 full of entertainment and comedy but has also decided to raise a message regarding the ongoing pandemic. Mrigdeep Singh Lamba was reported saying that his entire team has been thinking of promoting awareness regarding the seriousness of the situation and the current lockdown. Since comedy and entertainment is loved by the people, the makers have decided to deliver the message in a funny, entertaining way.

Director Lamba was reported telling PTI: "But we have been contemplating. We have discussed it. We need to be careful how we show it (COVID-1 situation) it shouldn’t seem forceful". The filmmaker also revealed that his team has been putting in efforts and enery to think of ideas to deliver the social message in a humorous way. The director has decided to take the movie and production ahead once the conditions start getting normal. Apart from this, the popular and loved cast including Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Ali Fazal, Manjot Singh, Richa Chadda and Pankaj Tripathi is returning.
