One more movie of director Vikas Bahl got released in the theaters.Here, we are talking about Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's movie 'Shaandaar'.Since the trailer was released,after that there were high hopes from the movie but the whole movie was not like the trailer. Story of the film
The story has nothing new in it. Or the same old subject is presented in a new way. The film has two family Arora and Fandwani and both are bankrupt, but they do not know this secret each other's . To brighten their luck both the famlily signs a business deal, to which the name 'Shaandaar' was given under which Vipin Arora (Pankaj Kapur) daughter Isha (Sana Kapoor), wedding is finalised with Vikram Verma of Fandwani's family for which both the family goes to abroad. Now let's talk about Alia and Shahid Kapoor. Alia is Vipin's illegitimate daughter, who lives with Arora family. Alia has Insomnia, which is Vipil always worried about. During destination Wedding Alia meets Jagjinder Joginder (Shahid Kapoor), and the two seem to love one another. However, Vipin does not appreciate their meeting and he always try to separate them. There are two stories in the film, and what will be the outcome, to know this you will have to see the film.
Star Cast and acting
Chemistry between Alia and Shahid Kapoor is fantastic.Tuning between Alia and Pankaj Kapur as father-daughter is fun too. Its a debut moive of Shahid Kapoor's sister Sana Kapoor.However,she easily got fit in the role. Actor Sanjay Kapoor's acting is nothing special.
Songs in the film
The film's music has already climbed on the tongue of the audience. 'Gulabo', 'raita fail', 'neend na muzako aae' and 'sham shandaar' like songs are good. There's a qawwali too in the movie'cental wali mental' which is like ok ok.
Should see or not
There is nothing new in the film but chemistry between Shahid and Pankaj Kapur entertains audiance. basically this film is only for Shahid and Alia's fan.Other may also watch it on their risk
