‘Judwaa 2’ Becomes The Highest Grosser Film For Varun Dhawan

Without a doubt, Varun Dhawan has taken over Bollywood by storm, in five years of short career he has not given a single flop, which is quite an accomplishment and this year in 2017, which is said to be the worst year for Bollywood, there’s only one man along with Akshay Kumar who has managed to give back to back super hits. Earlier, this year we saw the release of ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’, which became a Super hit and then two weeks ago the highly anticipated ‘Judwaa 2’ released and it took Box Office by storm, the movie opened with 15 crores, which is highest for a Varun Dhawan film and went on to collect around 50 crores on the first weekend, soon the movie crossed 100 crores and now it has become Varun Dhawan’s highest grosser surpassing ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’. As of now, ‘Judwaa 2’ has earned 119 crores at the Box Office and is now Varun Dhawan’s highest grosser, previously Varun Dhawan’s highest grosser was ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’, which earner 116 crores. Varun Dhawan is becoming a superstar and we can’t change that, whether we like him or not, he is the future of Bollywood. Now, ‘Judwaa 2’ has got mixed reviews from the critics and it is not for everyone, this movie is for mass audience, who love action and romance, not everything in the movie makes sense but that’s how David Dhawan’s movies work, he knows his audience and always comes up with something interesting. This not only shows the star power of Varun, this also hypes his upcoming projects which are ‘Sui Dhaga’ starring Anushka Sharma, ‘Shiddat’ with Alia Bhatt and Shoojit Sircar’s next thriller. Varun is a versatile actor and he can really pull of the movies with his performance.
