Jhanvi Kapoor Might Share The Screen With Her Mother Sridevi In ‘Mr India 2’

It was recently announced that Bonney Kapoor and Sridevi will be coming up with the sequel of 1987 classic science fiction film ‘Mr. India’; there has been a lot of speculations behind this film. Well, it is not officially announced as of yet but people are excited to see what they will get this time. The first movie is considered to be one of the best Bollywood films made and it is in the list of 100 greatest Indian films of all time. Well, the recent news says that Sridevi’s elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor might share the screen with her mom in the movie, which is great. There are a lot of rumours of her Bollywood debut, earlier it was reported that Karan Johar will be launching her but then the buzz went on rest. Quite frankly, this is the best film for her debut; it would be a great introduction for her in the Industry as she will be seen with the iconic actor and her mother Sridevi. Sources say that there will be two pairs in ‘Mr. India 2’, first featuring Sridevi and Anil Kapoor, who were also in the first movie, while the second will be the new pair featuring Jhanvi. ‘Mom’ director Ravi Udyawar will be directing this film, he impressed the critics with his filmmaking in ‘Mom’; now, ‘Mr. India 2’ will be different than ‘Mom’, let’s see what he does in this film. Sridevi was asked about the sequel to the movie at the promotions of ‘Mom’, to which she replied that when they were making ‘Mr. India’, they never thought this question will be asked after 30 years, and she was amazed that people wanted to know about the sequel. Not much is known about the project as of now, but as the things are going we will see the sequel very soon.
