Jazbaa Movie Review - Aishwarya Rai, Irrfan Khan

Review : The movies of writer, producer and director Sanjay Gupta are being appreciated by the audience like "Aatish", "Kaante", "Musafir", "Shootout at Lokhandwala" and "Shootout at Wadala". This time he has made the Hindi remake of South movie "Seven Days". With this movie Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is making her comeback in Bollywood. Will this movie add a new pillar of success for Aishwarya? Lets find out. Story: It is the story of a successful lawyer Anuradha Verma (Aishwarya Rai) whose daughter Sanaya (Sara Arjun) is being kidnapped. She in order to save her daughter has only one way that she lead the murder case of Niyaaz and free him from the death sentence. In this regard she gets involved in many of the activities and in the midst of all this her friend inspector Yohaan (Irrfan Khan), Garima Chaudhary (Shabana Azmi) and Mahesh Mangalai (Jackie Shroff) involves themselves with her. In this regard, Anuradha had to look for her daughter and also for the case. Will she be able to save her daughter? For this you will have to watch the movie. Script: The story of the movie is interesting and is inspired by the plot of "Seven Days". Four days, so much pressure and the end result. Sanjay Gupta has styled the movie in his own way. Cinematography and the location are most appreciable. Also the movement of the story is also good. The way of shooting the movie is quite graceful and appreciable as well. In the whole movie the best dialogues are being said by Irrfan Khan. Acting : Making a comeback with the movie, Aishwarya has played the role of a mother as well as a successful lawyer. She is really beautiful but looks a bit artificial. There is a lack of natural acting on her part. The scenes full of emotions are quite artificial. Irrfan Khan once again will be seen setting high limits with his acting. Whenever Irrfan Khan presents good acting, you would wish to clap for him. In the film Shabana Azmi, Jackie Shroff and Chandan Roy Sanyal has also done good acting.
Songs : The background songs of the movie are good. With the song "Sarfira" the movie starts and it creates the mood.
Low point : The story of the movie is simple but there is a difference in showing the emotions of a mother on screen. Aishwarya could have done better acting. The whole film is put on her shoulders, but she is a bit low in the movie. In making a Hindi remake of  South movie this seems to be a slow one.
Why to watch : If you want to watch the strong acting of Irrfan Khan or you are a big fan of Ashwarya Rai, then you can watch the movie.
