Sonam Kapoor these days is in news for his upcoming movie Neerja. It is a biopic. Sonam says that, she more focuses on her performance, rather running for awards. Sonam Said, 'I don't work for awards. I work to do better. I am happy with identification. Awards are also important. They excite you, also proves your good work. With this you get chance to work more better. On the question of declaring special awards for women, Sonam said, 'Yes, Definitely it should happen. But I think there are many awards in Bollywood. And when questions are on women, then I hope, in this women will get many nomination.' On the question of not being present in some stars awards events, on this Sonam said, 'I think things are getting changed. When any issue is raised then people start working right on that direction.'
