I hope Bollywood interference will not affect Marathi cinema market : Mahesh Manjrekar

The veteran actor Mahesh Manjrekar famous for his work in Hindi and Marathi cinema welcomes Bollywood industry in Marathi cinema and said I hope they will not spoil Marathi cinema market. Mahesh Manjrekar who has directed the film like Natsamrat starring Nana Patekar said hope they will bring something new not like the same what suits to Bollywood films. Actually, Mahesh Manjrekar's this statement has come after when the suddenly Bollywood people are trying their hand in Marathi cinema also. Priyanka Chopra already has made one Marathi film Ventilator, and now she is making Kay Re Raskala. John Abraham also has done contract to make Marathi films. Even Shahrukh Khan and Rohit Shetty are planning to make some Marathi movies. Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan are promoting Mahesh Manjrekar's film In a recent event called Makeover of Marathi cinema, Mahesh Manjrekar said now everyone wants to jump into Marathi cinema which is going growing well. Awareness has increased but hopes they after entering the industry will not affect Marathi market by making films like Bollywood. The Marathi cinema has seen changes after films like Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy and Duniyadari. I can't compete with Nana Patekar's acting skills in Natsamrat says, Amitabh Manjrekar added before these movies Bollywood even doesn't care of Marathi cinema and four years back they didn't even give importance to Marathi theaters and films but now they feel that there is the audience and then can make money through it. Now they want to make same films like what they have made in Bollywood. The speculations are making No Entry in Marathi, now there is no need of it. If they try to teach cinema to Marathi audience, they will get rejected surely.
