Despite Of ‘Padmavati’ Delay, No Change In The Shooting Of Deepika’s Next

Deepika Padukone has been on news for the controversy of her upcoming movie ‘Padmavati’, the movie was scheduled to release on 1^st December but due to the controversy the makers had to postpone the release date, the new release date of ‘Padmavati’ has not been announced as of yet but it looks like it has not affected Deepika’s next project at all. Now, it’s not been officially announced but Deepika’s next film is based on mafia queen. The movie will be produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and Honey Trehan will be directing the film with the male lead of Irrfan Khan, this will be Deepika’s second collaboration with Irrfan after the 2015 successful film ‘Piku’. Well, the project sounds interesting and Irrfan with Deepika Padukone again is something to watch out for, they looked amazing together in ‘Piku’. One of the producers of the movie Arjun N Kapoor said that they don't know when ‘Padmavati’ will release, and Deepika will start the shooting of the movie around last week of January and the first week of February. However, he also said that if ‘Padmavati’ release at that time and Deepika needs time to promote the movie, that’s not an issue. “Vishal sir and we spoke about this a few days ago, even though it is not clear that ‘Padmavati’ will release at that time, if it does we will happily accommodate that”, he said. Well, not much is known about the project as of yet but is certain to be something good. Let’s see when this film comes out and we will get to see Deepika and Irrfan once again.
