‘Brahmastra’ Is Going To Be Dharma Production’s Most Expensive Film

A few days ago, the official announcement of Ayan Mukerji’s next directorial movie ‘Brahmastra’ was made and as we know, it stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead role. Earlier, the movie was titled ‘Dragon’ but the official title of the movie has been changed to ‘Brahmastra’, which is way better than ‘Dragon’. It will release on 2019 and it is in its early stage right now, there have been a lot of speculations about this film and people are waiting for it. The production value for this film is huge and it is rumoured that the budget of this film is 100 crores, which makes this one of the biggest films of India and the most expensive film of Dharma Production. Karan Johar is very excited for this project, he even said that he is been waiting for this film and Ayan is doing amazing work as a filmmaker. It will be a trilogy; the first part of the film will release on 15^th August 2019, which will be followed by two films; now, this is something new in Bollywood and considering that it is a superhero film, it will just break the Box Office. Bollywood has its own Superhero film series of ‘Krrish’, but this looks more interesting as it will deal with Indian mythology and ancient India. This will be Ranbir’s first collaboration with Amitabh Bachchan and Alia Bhatt and third with Ayan Mukherji, with whom he has given successful movies like ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Ye Jawani Hai Deewani’. ‘Brahmastra’ also looks way different than Ayan’s previous films. All the three lead actors are now busy with their different projects, Ranbir is busy with ‘Sanjay Dutt Biopic’, Amit Ji will soon start the shooting of ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, while Alia’s is getting ready for her ‘Raazi’.
