Box Office Prediction Of 'Poster Boys' And 'Daddy'

The movie ‘Poster Boys’ and ‘Daddy’ will see the release this Friday on 8th September. So far July and August have been two cluttered months in terms of movie releases so if we look at the date the movies have chosen for the release looks quite well selected. The two movies have a completely different genre, where ‘Daddy’ is a biopic and appears to be an intense political drama, the other ‘Poster Boys’ is out and out comedy movie. The movie ‘Daddy’ is expected to earn well in Maharashtra as it will tell the tale of a Maharashtrian criminal turned politician and is expected to open at the Box Office window at Rs. 2 Crores on its opening day. And if the story is engaging it might get more crowd pulling over the weekend. On the other hand ‘Poster Boys’ which is a remake of the Maharashtrian hit movie is ‘Poshter Boyz’ is expected to do well in the north as Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol are quite popular in the North. The movie has some good action too in which Sunny is appreciated the most, so it is certain that the movie will pull the crowd. And the movie is expected to do Rs. 1 Crore on its opening day. Considering that ‘Baadshaho’ and ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ will still occupy the maximum number of screens the collections of new releases might get hampered.
