UP-Bihar song case : Shilpa and Govinda not appeared in court, Cease order released against them
Song 'Ek Chumma...Badle Mai UP Bihar Le Le' has hurt the sentiments of Bihar People and case is going on against Shilpa Shetty and Govinda along with 4 people in Pakur Court of Jharkhand.
Over this case, Pakur Court of Jharkhand has given an order to Shilpa Shetty, Govinda and 4 other people to present in Court on 18th November 2016. But as they were not able to present in front of the court, so the court has released an order of ceasing against Govinda, Shilpa, and other people.
Govinda changed his name more than six times
Let me tell you that against this warrant, lawyer of Shilpa nad Govinda has filed a petition. Over this case, the court earlier ordered Shilpa, Govinda, Alka Yagnik, Udit Narayan, Director Vimal Kumar, Anand Milind to appear before the court. But all these people did not appear in the court, which Court assumed as disregard and ordered all the personalities to appear in front of the court of 18th November 2016, but today also, no one appeared in the court. So the court has released the order of ceasing against them.

Let me tell you, the whole issue is created by the song 'Ek Chumma Tu Mujhko Udhaar De De, Badle Mai UP Bihar Le Le' from Shilpa and Govinda starrer film 'Chote Sarkar' song. Allegation is imposed for embarrassing UP and Bihar in the song and for serving obscenity, so because of this case is registered in Pakur Court.
