Why this big actor said that 'Bombay Velvet' was made of greed

People still pull Anurag Kashyap's leg for his film 'Bombay Velvet'. Film was badly failed at the box office, because of which his fan was made. He took many Bollywood big stars, still it was failed. Now Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah  has given his view on this issue. He said, it was greed that drove filmmaker Anurag Kashyap to work with stars and make the big-budget film Bombay Velvet, which turned out to be a box office disaster. Kashyap started his career with much appreciated film 'Black Friday' and went on to do projects like 'Dev D', 'Gulaal', 'Gangs of Wasseypur', 'Ugly', which were not exactly blockbusters but helped the director get a devoted audience base. Naseer said that he don't understand that why filmmakers like Kashyap all of sudden feel that they are not making films with stars. When asked if it was pressure which drove Kashyap to make the Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer, on this Shah said, 'There was no pressure, this was greed. Because of which Anurag Kashyap made bad film like 'Bombay Velvet'.
