Bhumi Pednekar Travels To Chambal To Prepare For Her Next Film

A few days ago, it was announced that Bhumi Pednekar and Sushant Singh Rajput will be seen together in the upcoming movie titled ‘Sone Chidaiya’ directed by Abhishek Chaubey. The movie will be set in 1970 and will be based on Chambal, the backdrop of dacoits. Now, this project sounds interesting and watching a movie on this subject will be something new. Now, we have seen the dacoits of Chambal in Bollywood, in 2012 we saw the biopic of Paan Singh Tomar, where we saw the sneak peek of the dacoits of that place. Abhishek has directed acclaimed movies like ‘Udta Punjab’ in the past; this will be something interesting to watch with Abhishek’s view. It will also star actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Ashutosh Rana and Ranvir Shorey in prominent roles. Bhumi Pednekar, who has given back to back hits this year in ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ and ‘Shubh Mangal Savadhan’ has started preparing for her role in the movie. If the reports are true then Bhumi will be heading to Chambal next month, one month before the shooting of the film, she will be staying there for one week. Sushant Singh Rajput also expressed his excitement for the movie; he said that he can’t wait for the movie to start its shooting. Sushant right now is busy with the shooting of ‘Kedarnath’ directed by Abhishek Kapoor and starring Sara Ali Khan as the female lead in the movie, he also has movies like ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’ and ‘Fault In the Stars’ remake in his hand. Let’s see which movie comes first. ‘Kedarnath’ will release on Christmas next year with Shah Rukh Khan’s next film and Ranveer Singh next film. The release date of ‘Sone Chidaiya’ has not been announced as of yet; however, it would be interesting to see the new pair of Sushant and Bhumi.
