Alia Bhatt's 'Sadak 2' To Release On Disney+ Hotstar, Poster Unveiled

Recently, many movies have decided to completely skip a theatrical release and instead resort to OTT platforms for a digital premiere this year. The decision of the digital release of several movies have been taken during the time when OTT platforms and online streaming services have risen to prominence following the lockdown of theatres due to the deadly coronavirus pandemic. Alia Bhatt's 'Sadak 2: The Road To Love' also happens to be a part of the list of seven movies that have been set for a digital release. After the announcement of the movie Sadak 2 getting a digital release on Disney+ Hotstar was made, a new poster of the same was also unveiled. The poster has no elements as it only consists of a picturesque location. As the title of the movie suggests, the poster displays a beautiful deserted road amid snow-laden mountains and not a single person or animal in sight. Besides, the movie contains names of the cast and crew.

Sadak 2 is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt's production house Vishesh Films. The movie features an ensemble cast of Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pooja Bhatt, Jisshu Sengupta, Gulshan Grover and others. Sadak 2: The Road To Love happens to be a sequel to the 1991 hit movie, Sadak which also featured Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt in pivotal roles. The come-back of Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt has increased the anticipation and excitement among people to an unprecedented level. The movie revolves around depression and goodwill. Sadak 2 will premiere worldwide on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. The information on the poster of the upcoming movie was shared by film critic Taran Adarsh on his official Twitter account.
