Plot- Half Girlfriend movie is an upcoming bollywood film. The movie will be produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Mohit Suri. Ever since writer Chetan Bhagat has started writing for his next novel "Half Girlfriend", which will be made into a film, a string of names has cropped up for the female lead in its big screen adaptation. Story of the film is about a Bihari boy falling in love with a girl from upper class society. Madhav Jha character is played by Arjun and the character of Riya role. Madhav mets Chetan Bhagat and leaves behind a few journals from his half-girlfriend who he believes has died. Chetan Bhagat calls him up the next morning to hear his story. He starts by describing his trouble entering St. Stephens, as his English was quite bad. Being a good basketball player, Madhav Jha gets admission through his sports quota. They Riya also comes to the college with a sports kota and they become good friends, Madhav wants to make her as his girl friend but she refuses him and he even ask her to get physical, after that Riya parts with him and told him not talk to her anymore.
