Soha-Vir starrer film '31 October' has been done Tax-Free in Punjab

Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan and actor Vir Das starring film 31st October was released last Friday and this film was not able to do impress the audience and even the box office. This film is based on 1984 Sikh Riots. Now this film has been done 'Tax-Free' in Punjab. According to the statement of Producers, Punjab Government has decided to make it Tax-Free. 31 October is directed by Shivaji Lotan Patil. Sharmila Tagore like Soha's De-glam look Officers of Punjab Government has felt that story of the film is important and for the information of tax-Free, he has contacted Writer-Producer Harry Sachdev. Harry said, 'I am thankful to Punjab Government that after seeing the importance, the message of the film, they made it Tax-Free. My goal is to make the film wider and now Punjab people can see the film in Discounted rate.' '31st October' had its official screening at the London Indian Film festival on 18 and 20 July 2015. This film was also in controversy because of its content, but censor board passed this film. Soha Ali Khan's controversial comment on censor board Sachdev said, 'Film shows that trust of Sikh riot in 1984 and also for the brotherhood. Apart from organization, Government support is needed.' The film was released on 21 October. Lakhvinder Lakkha and Nagesh Bhosle is also in the film apart from Soha and Vir. All the songs of this film are composed by Vijay Verma and the lyrics are written by Mehboob and Moazzam Azam. The cinematography of the film is done by Ramani Ranjan Das.
